Working Hours Mon -Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
Job Description
- Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure project progress and safety compliance
- Prepare project reports and documentation as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the facilities management field
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
