We are assisting our client, an established healthcare hospital group, in searching for an experienced principal system analyst to implement projects and provide day-to-day operational support of IT systems (Integration).
Responsibilities
- Participate in the execution of projects, change requests, and operation of IT systems (Integration).
- Support ongoing Hospital integration operations, change requests, and new Healthcare IT projects and initiatives.
- Managing project activities in terms of scope, technical, schedule, budget, quality, and risks. All should be managed through formal change management mechanisms.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders, project team members, and partners in defining functional and technical requirements.
- Ensure accurate development and traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project dependencies, and risks, and escalate to management when needed.
- Publish regular project status and manage project communications with project stakeholders.
- Engage and manage onshore and offshore vendor resources, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and deliverables.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication.
- Manage and ensure the process and system documentation library are organized and current.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline
- Experience in Application Integration and a good background in Solution and Business Applications, planning, design, and implementation of IT systems and solutions.
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Healthcare knowledge and HL7 understanding is preferred.
