(Full time temp role from 01 September 2024 – 30 November 2024)


Job Requirements

  • Supporting all activation and fulfillment of sponsorship entitlements across all channels/products
  • Support the Customer Fulfillment team to work and collaborate across functions to ensure consistency in approach
  • Ensuring streamlined and effective communication with sponsors
  • Coordinating the workflows, implementation, timelines and status reporting on the sponsors
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team and other departments to ensure a successful Customer Experience
  • Act as a backup for team members in case they are unavailable, e.g. while you may not be the primary driver at this time, if this team member becomes temporarily unavailable, you will need to assume this responsibility.
  • Assist in generating post-event reports for sponsors

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to communicate in a professional manner
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrates Personal Motivation
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
