Job Responsibilities:
- Build a network of volunteers with community partners to support health promotion activities
- Recruit and manage volunteers, and deploy them to suitable volunteer activities
- Develop training material and conduct training for volunteers
- Develop and implement new activities for volunteers to support health promotion in the community
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in volunteer management in the healthcare or social service sector
- Analytical and organised, able to translate concepts into actionable goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Resourceful and meticulous team player who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
