We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual with strong Mandarin language skills to join our team as an Associate Relationship Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for investor onboarding, liasing and communicating with high networth individuals from North Asia. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, understanding of financial services possess excellent interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of compliance framework.
Responsibilities
- Relationship Management:
- Provide support to managing client relationships and investor communication.
- Act as a liaison between the company and clients, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations in both English and Mandarin.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Respond to client inquiries in both English and Mandarin in a timely and professional manner.
- Compliance:
- Assist in investor onboarding and to comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Conduct routine compliance checks and reviews for client-related activities.
- Prepare and maintain compliance documentation.
- Identify and report potential compliance issues related to clients to management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance training programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Team player who is able to work independently.

- Experience in the financial services industry and in handling high networth clients.
