Payroll Specialist / Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll function and prepare reports for review and audit
  • Generate and process timely monthly payroll including resignations and tax clearance
  • Process internal reimbursement claims, insurance claims and submission of government related claims etc
  • Support other HR assignments or projects

Requirements:

  • Higher Nitec/Diploma Holders with 1 year of experience in payroll
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Prosoft Unit4 Systems will be advantageous
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Fresh applicants are also welcome
