Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate project activities to ensure they meet business objectives and adhere to technical specifications. This includes planning, executing, and monitoring project tasks to deliver successful outcomes.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders by providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns, and reporting on progress relative to key milestones. Track and manage any issues or changes to ensure stakeholder expectations are met.
- Identify and implement enhancements to the platform, focusing on analytics and AI integration, while supporting broader transformation initiatives.
- Work closely with external vendors and systems integrators independently to ensure smooth project execution from planning stages through to post-launch support.
- Occasional 24/7 support for system may be required.
- Perform thorough analytical, evaluative, and research tasks to support project goals and address complex issues as needed.
Requirements and Skill
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus
