Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential enterprise and commercial clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target accounts.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution presentations to articulate the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing and customer success, to ensure alignment and support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations tailored to the specific needs of each client.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM software and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in enterprise and commercial sales, preferably within the FinTech or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of financial products, payment solutions, and industry trends.
  • Ability to effectively sell products or services, negotiate deals, and close contracts with clients.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision makers at the executive level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
