Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential enterprise and commercial clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target accounts.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution presentations to articulate the value proposition of our products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing and customer success, to ensure alignment and support throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM software and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in enterprise and commercial sales, preferably within the FinTech or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of financial products, payment solutions, and industry trends.
- Ability to effectively sell products or services, negotiate deals, and close contracts with clients.
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision makers at the executive level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
