Job Description
- Assess applications & provide quotations according to underwriting guidelines.
- Perform checking of applications and policy documents.
- Perform policy endorsements and submit them for processing.
- Generate renewal listing for renewal review process & follow-up for policy issuance.
- Handle incoming enquiries and service issues.
- Manage assigned portfolios and support internal and/or external stakeholders efficiently and effectively. Foster close relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in processing documentation, data entry, and maintain data accuracy in the system.
- Assist in generating and issuance of Invoice / billing to business partners/customers.
Qualifications
- Able to work independently and in a team, willing to take on ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Able to adapt quickly to changes and problem solving.
- Strong follow up and excellent communication.
- Have basic knowledge in working with excel.
- Willingness to learn
