Administrative Activities
- To assist the appointed supervisor in the following:
- Collect, collate and follow-up on billing & payment including raising Purchase Orders, invoicing & payments;
- Accuracy in data entry for all accounting & iWMS documents in either excel or prescribed software;
- Ensure proper filing and documentation;
2. To assist in all enquiries regarding administrative activities;
3. To handle and manage Xero Accounting & Warehouse Management Software;
4. Handle day to day administrative work;
5. To assist in the submission of monthly employees’ claims;
6. HR admin such as organising of annual team bonding paperwork & other administrative work when required & etc;
7. To ensure data accuracy and up-to-date for all employees;
8. In-charge of office pantry, environment & cleanliness and office stationery.
Other relevant duties
- To assist in ISO submission and documentation.
- To assist in executing and troubleshooting for accounting software & IT related function.
- To perform any other relevant tasks as and when required.
