Hiring : Customer Service cum Billing Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through various channels.
- Receive, acknowledge, and process orders.
- Respond promptly to queries and complaints.
- Maintain records of interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Coordinate with colleagues from other departments for efficient service delivery.
- Stay updated on product and service knowledge to assist in sales closings.
- Support Sales with market intelligence and customer feedback.
- Go the extra mile to follow up and fulfill customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare performance and administrative reports.
- Review and understand sales quotations, terms, and pricing.
- Analyze and interpret sales contracts for invoicing requirements.
- Manage invoicing documentation, including electronic procurement systems.
- Ensure accuracy of invoice calculations and quality assurance in the invoicing process.
- Issue documentation to support client invoices.
- Manage unbilled work and project status billing.
- Audit complex projects’ invoicing quarterly.
- Recommend and implement billing solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in testing system modifications for billing solutions.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Strong people skills with a positive, meticulous, and proactive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; good listener.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Degree/Diploma in Customer Service, Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
- Proficient in MS Office and IoT.
- Mature with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a dynamic customer service environment.
