Key Responsibilities:
· Negotiate trust needs with customers, conduct KYC audits on customers, build a trust framework, formulate trust plans and explain the plans to customers;
· Formulation, modification and review of trust legal documents, including trust deeds, letters of wish and other documents;
· Sign relevant trust documents as an authorized director of a trust company;
· Responsible for the issuance and review of trust-related documents such as asset distribution documents, modification of letters of wish, and subscription of new investment products for clients.
· Liaise with external lawyers to complete the modification and formulation of relevant legal documents;
· Roadshow activity support;
· Sales team training support;
· Complete the annual review of the trust, regular return visits to customers and trust annual audit review;
· Maintenance of external partner relationships (banks, law firms)
Requirements:
· Full-time bachelor degree or above from a well-known domestic and foreign institution; candidates with TEP, CPA, certified tax agent, lawyer and other qualification certificates are preferred;
· More than 5 years trust-related working experience in an offshore trust company; or those who have been engaged in trust-related service consulting in a law firm will be given priority.
· Professional mastery of Trust Admin work, good at communicating effectively with high-net-worth clients, good presentation and training skills, deep understanding of the functions of family trusts and insurance, and understanding of various investment products and asset allocation ;
· Fluent in English & Chinese, overseas study experience is preferred;
· Have excellent logical analysis ability, high market sensitivity, good management and communication skills
