Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties.
- Preferred experience in worker’s application/renewals using WPOL and EPOL.
- Handles incoming calls and emails.
- Filing and printing of documents, invoices, etc.
- Assist to monitor and replenish office supplies.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
- Ad hoc admin jobs assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- Only Singaporeans/PR
- Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Strong sense of initiative and responsibility
- Good communication and interpersonal skills – can speak and write good English
- With good working attitude
- Able to start work immediately, or with short notice
- Working hours: Mondays to Fridays – 9am to 6pm, Sat - 9am to 12nn (with 1-hour lunch break)
