Admin Assistant for a Construction Company

Merits Construction Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • General administrative duties.
  • Preferred experience in worker’s application/renewals using WPOL and EPOL.
  • Handles incoming calls and emails.
  • Filing and printing of documents, invoices, etc.
  • Assist to monitor and replenish office supplies.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
  • Ad hoc admin jobs assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

  • Only Singaporeans/PR
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Strong sense of initiative and responsibility
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills – can speak and write good English
  • With good working attitude
  • Able to start work immediately, or with short notice
  • Working hours: Mondays to Fridays – 9am to 6pm, Sat - 9am to 12nn (with 1-hour lunch break)
