JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customers’ needs and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Handle and resolve our patient’s enquiries and/or feedback in a professional and tactful manner, including answering of phone calls.
• Main tasks include receiving patients at Reception counter/lounge, assist with Patient Registration, Billing/Payment and other administrative front-desk tasks.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Preferably with 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare or similar capacity.
• Possess strong communication skills, patient and genuinely excited to help customers.
• Able to multi-task, problem-solve and manage time efficiently.
JOB DETAILS:
• 5 working days with 2 off days!
• 40 working hours per week.
