Job Description:
- Provide frontline customer service for counselling centre with courtesy and professionalism.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and therapists, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about services, pricing, and policies to clients.
- Ensure the room is ready before each session with refreshments
- Maintain overall, cleanliness, and neatness of the centre.
- Ensure payment is collected and send information to the finance department.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and therapist information.
- Any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook (Email)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent customer service skills
