Our client is a UK MNC specializing in providing innovative solutions for marine and offshore industries
Requirements:
Sales Admin
- Support sale team and project Team to coordinate sales-related activities within the organization (including Hong Kong, China and Philippines orders).
- Generate delivery orders and sales invoices.
- Ensures accurate and timely processing of shipping documents and invoices.
- Inform customers of any delays and arrange alternate delivery dates.
- Closely follow up and update customers on delivery dates.
- Liaise and co-ordinate with Suppliers to ensure timely delivery and collection of goods.
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Finance
- Ensure all vendor invoices are correctly recorded and paid in a timely manner.
- Record and apply outgoing/incoming payments accurately into system.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
- Responsible for preparing and reimbursement of petty cash.
- Follow up outstanding accounts receivables.
- Assist in the preparation of GST input tax filings.
- Any ad hoc assignment that may assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in accounting/logistics.
- Training will be provided.
- Basic knowledge on SAP BeOne system will be a plus.
