JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Handle daily purchasing activities including purchasing of equipment and materials from existing and new suppliers.
-Issuance of sales invoices.
-Filing of invoices.
-Assist with other administrative jobs.
-5 Days work week.
- Immediate availability.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Relevant experience in administrative works is more advantageous.
-Good time management and meticulous
-Good with numbers and figures.
-Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software
-Able to converse in both English & preferably Mandarin as required to liaise with our Mandarin speaking vendors.
