Job Description
- greet and lead the guests to their seats
- serve food & beverage according to the guests orders efficiently
- assist in table set-up and proper handling of equipment
- monitor the quality of all food & beverage items served
- present the menu, make recommendations and push restaurant sales
- attend to the guest complaints and refer the issues to superior so that service recovery can be done immediately.
