HQ management (50%)
- Manage APAC HQ’s books including the below required to ensure timely and accurate reporting of month end figures:
- Prepare journals in our system, check and process claims and supplier invoices, prepare intercompany POs and billing workings, update and maintain detailed HQ P&L file
- Work closely with Shared Service Teams and contacts from various intercompany contacts to ensure timely communication and processing of operational matters
- Prepare rolling forecasts and budgets, and upload data to Hyperion Financial Management system
Regional & Client Finance Analysis (50%)
- Consolidate and analyse financial information for regional management
- P&L Financials – extracted from Group reporting system, Hyperion Financial Management
- Additional qualitative information received from APAC markets
- Help prepare presentations and financial information for Actuals, Rolling Forecasts and Budgets
- Work on regional reporting for global and key clients, and work closely with business leads and markets to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Analyse client profitability – perform reviews, compare data across markets
- Closely monitor pipeline using Salesforce and work closely with markets to ensure data completeness and accuracy
- Build and work on dashboards relating to client performance, pipeline, profitability, and any other adhoc projects
- Be involved in regional pitches with the need to collect, benchmark and standardise rates and overall fees to submit to clients
- Provide support required for any other ad hoc analysis / presentations
