Our client is appointed by the Specialist Accreditation Board to oversee the accreditation of training departments and institutions in Singapore. They are responsible for establishig and upholding the professional standards and quality of specialist training in Singapore including the evaluation of trainees' training and exit examinations.
The responsibilities of this role are:
- To provide secretariet support to the Specialist Training
- Committees/ Residency Advisory Committee in monitoring and maintaining the training standards and deliverables
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
- Degree in any discipline
- Experience in providing administrative support and financial experience would be an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English; interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Words, Excel and Powerpoint with good documentation and administrative skills
- A good team player, committed, able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Able to work from Mon to Fri and some Saturdays as well if there are meetings/ projects occuring that day
- Must be able to perform in an environment dictated by deadlines
