Job Description
-Support the event team in all administrative and coordination matters for the timely execution of events, including on-site during events
-Coordinate vendors and clients for event matters
-Prepare tender documents and ensure the timely submission of tender documents
-Source and receive quotes for event requirements
-Handle sales enquiries and quotes
-Ensure proper filing of documents
-Assist Finance with payment matters
-Organise and maintain the physical and digital assets of company

-Neat, organised, patient and a strong sense of responsibility
-Has a systematic way of prioritising work tasks
-Happy working in a team
-Genuine Interest in events
-Good interpersonal and English communication skills
-Takes initiative and has a flexible mindset to resolve work matters
