Job Description:
The Marketing Assistant will support our marketing team in executing our campaigns, enhancing our brand presence, and driving growth. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about AI, has a keen eye for detail, and is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Management:
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, blog posts, and social media content.
- Update and maintain the company's website, ensuring all content is up-to-date and relevant.
Campaign Support:
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, social media, events).
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, suggesting improvements where necessary.
Event Coordination:
- Help organize and manage promotional events, webinars, and workshops.
- Coordinate logistics, liaise with vendors, and ensure smooth event execution.
Market Research:
- Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and consumer preferences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
Administrative Support:
- Manage inventory of marketing materials and supplies.
- Provide general support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating with other departments.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing or a related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in digital tools, including content management systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Passionate about AI and technology.
