Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure
- Maintain and support in-house hardware, software license, servers and network.
- Manage end of lease equipment.
- Liaise with auditors on IT issues.
- Maintain and troubleshoot any networking equipment such as switches, routers, intranet/internet, and firewalls.
- Maintain and troubleshoot any problem pertaining to the company server and in-house system in a timely manner.
- Computer virus monitoring, investigating, rectification, and update.
- Provide daily routine tasks and system operation for LAN/WAN, hardware, and CCTV.
- Provide regular maintenance and housekeeping for servers.
- Diagnose and resolve user problems on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and IT-related equipment.
- Provide level 1 support for infrastructure issues.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties & responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Compliance
Ensure IT systems and facility operations comply with organizational policies and safety standards.
Requirements
- Diploma holder with 2 years working experience
- Good technical knowledge
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows 2008 and above
- Microsoft Windows 7.0 and above
- ERP Knowledge (NetSuite Preferred)
- ITIL knowledge (Preferred)
