Job Description:
- Managing Schedules: Organizing and maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Communication Handling: Answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries.
- Office Coordination: Managing office supplies, ensuring equipment is operational, and arranging for repairs or maintenance.
- Document Preparation: Preparing, proofreading, and distributing reports, memos, and other documents.
- Meeting Support: Taking notes during meetings, preparing meeting spaces, and arranging travel and accommodation for staff.
- Data Management: Maintaining accurate records, files, and databases, and performing data entry tasks
