We are seeking a Communication Specialist to join our client in the healthcare industry on a 12-months project.
This position will report to the Global Head of PMO and will play a pivotal role in ensuring project success through strategic communication. This role involves crafting and executing comprehensive communication plans, developing adoption strategies, and creating engaging content like presentations, newsletters, and emails. Key responsibilities include supporting change management efforts by simplifying complex information, coordinating training sessions, and collaborating across departments to maintain consistent messaging. With a focus on enhancing communication through various platforms and analyzing feedback for continuous improvement, this specialist supports critical initiatives such as system upgrades and security enhancements.
The Role
- Develop comprehensive communication plans that align with project objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Formulate adoption strategies to ensure smooth transition and acceptance of new initiatives.
- Create a variety of communication materials, including presentations, newsletters, emails, and intranet content.
- Implement communication strategies to support change management, ensuring stakeholders comprehend the changes and their effects.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, team members, and other departments to ensure messaging is consistent across the organization.
- Design visual aids such as charts, graphs, and infographics to effectively communicate complex information.
- Coordinate training sessions and develop materials to assist stakeholders in adapting to new processes or technologies.
- Utilize various communication platforms and tools, such as project management software, collaboration tools, and email marketing platforms, to enhance communication efforts.
- Gather and analyze stakeholder feedback on the effectiveness of communication and make improvements based on this feedback and best practices.
- Manage multiple work streams and priorities to guarantee seamless project execution.
- Provide strategic communication support for key initiatives, including system upgrades (e.g., from Windows 10 to Windows 11), Data Classification, and Mobile Security enhancements.
Your Profile
- 5-7 years of experience in communication roles, ideally within IT or technology-focused environments.
- Demonstrate experience in supporting communication efforts for large-scale projects or within a PMO.
- Show expertise in developing and executing communication strategies to support change management initiatives.
- Possess a strong background in creating various communication materials, including presentations, newsletters, emails, and intranet content.
- Work closely with project managers, team members, and other departments to ensure cohesive and consistent communication.
- Exhibit proficiency with communication platforms and tools, such as project management software, collaboration tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Create visual aids, such as charts, graphs, and infographics, to effectively convey complex information.
- Gather and analyze stakeholder feedback, implementing continuous improvements in communication practices.
- Provide communication support for strategic IT initiatives, including system upgrades, data classification projects, and security enhancements.
