Job Description:
* Design, develop, and maintain the company's ERP systems.
* Evaluate requirements, redesign business processes, and implement solutions to streamline overall processes within the ERP solution.
* Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of the ERP implementation project.
* Lead and collaborate with software engineers and other technical teams to resolve impediments, incidents, and issues.
* Manage documentation of key workflows, functional requirements, and technical requirements for ERP-related systems.
* Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirement:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
* Strong experience with ERP software.
* Experience with agile software development methodologies.
* Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Willingness to travel to China once a month to collaborate with the ERP team.
