The Park Manager is responsible for the operation of the attraction and ensuring the safety of the guests. Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, he/she enhances the enjoyment of their guests by providing hands-on guidance to any queries raised which are specific to the attraction. He/she is also knowledgeable on first-level mechanical issues related to the attraction, and is able to raise the issue to the relevant maintenance staff after conducting a first-level triage of any mechanical or operational concerns. Able to work on a shift system, he/she is comfortable with working in an outdoor environment, be on their feet for long hours, and needs to maintain a flexible work-week including weekends and public holidays.
· Support attractions operations
- Assist in regulating queue times according to queue management approach and methods
- Assist in directing crowd flows through the attractions site
- Provide feedback to management team on improving ground operations
- Ensure guests have valid ticket for the relevant activities at the site
- Ensure cleanliness of site at all times
- Operate attractions rides
· Enhance customer service
- Deliver excellent guest service in line with developed procedures
- Perform first-level service assistance and recovery
- Handle any attractions-related enquiries and assist any team members when required
· Safety and security of attractions site
- Enforce visitor adherence to safety rules
- Carry out safety standards and procedures
- Escalate any incidents for follow-up action
- Support emergency response procedures
- Conduct safety briefing to guests
- Ensure timely set up and execution of the park closure procedures
- Conduct pre and post-ride safety checks on a daily basis
- Perform thorough inspections of equipment and rides
