This is a 1-year contract to start and it will be either convertible at the end of extended for another year.
The incumbent will need to be proficient in ITSM (IT Service Management)
Responsibilities:
- Deploy ServiceNow ITSM Features
Implement and customize ServiceNow ITSM features and modules according to company requirements. - Recommend Enhancements
Suggest new modules and features to fulfill the needs of ServiceNow users and various departments. - Provide Updates
Deliver bi-weekly reports to the company detailing enhancements, issues, and resolutions. - Track Projects
Monitor project progress to ensure enhancement timelines are achieved. - Collaborate with Developers
Work closely with Functional Developers to manage any changes in project scope. - Administrative Support
Offer administrative assistance related to IT service delivery and management. - Maintain ITSM Tool
Support and maintain the IT Service Management tool. - Plan and Test Enhancements
Plan, test, and deploy enhancements to the ITSM tool as approved by management. - Collate Data for CAB Meetings
Gather and compile data for Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
Requirements: ServiceNow Project Management
Proven experience in managing ServiceNow implementation projects.
- Technical Background
Strong technical discipline, preferably with an IT background. - ITIL Governance
Experience in ITIL processes governance, such as Change and Problem Management. - Detail-Oriented Planning
Attention to detail with the ability to perform meticulous forward planning. - Project Management Skills
Proficient in project management and presentation skills. - Interpersonal and Team Skills
Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a collaborative approach to team-oriented problem-solving. - Analytical and Communication Skills
Strong analytical capabilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Fluent English
Fluency in English with the ability to write clearly and concisely.
