Our Client:
Our Client is a well-established and reputable Logistics company, headquartered in Japan. They are looking for a Customer Service Executive (Japan market) in Singapore to join their growing team.
The Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage emails enquiries & incoming calls
- Co-ordinate and monitor air, ocean, cross-border trucking shipments with local customers and overseas agents
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to delight customers
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up with customers to ensure resolution
- Update cost and selling rates into shared folder system
- Assist Sales Representatives in terms of sales administration and paperwork
- Handle telephone calls or acknowledge customers’ emails on behalf of Sales Representatives
The Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain or any of its relevant discipline
- Preferably with 1 year of experience in Freight Forwarding Industry
- Highly motivated and passionate in providing premium services.
- Proficiency in Japanese language to smoothly and effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers
- Ability to take initiative and responsibility
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- A cheerful and affable disposition
