Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Develop and manage the company's budget and financial forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze budget performance, identifying areas for cost control and efficiency improvements.
- Provide recommendations for financial planning and resource allocation.
Financial Management:
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions and maintain the integrity of financial records.
- Manage cash flow and working capital, optimizing liquidity and financial performance.
Compliance and Internal Controls:
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial mismanagement.
- Coordinate and support external audits, ensuring a smooth audit process and resolution of any audit findings.
Team Management:
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support for professional development.
- Assign and review work to ensure accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment within the finance department.
Strategic Support:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and business plans.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Participate in key business initiatives and projects, offering financial expertise and analysis.
Tax and Compliance:
- Manage corporate tax filings, ensuring timely and accurate submission of tax returns.
- Oversee compliance with local and international financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Other Duties:
- Perform other financial tasks and projects as assigned by senior management.
- Adapt to changing business needs and contribute to various financial initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in real estate finance or accounting is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in financial management.
