Responsibilities
Customer Data Management
- Managing first party customer data from multiple internal and external data sources, which include data cleaning, database management and data security management.
- Working with Martech team to build automated data pipeline to ingest data fromdata warehouse to regional own cloud. Maintain regional's own marketing data mart in the cloud.
Business Insights & Reporting
- Build dashboards and insight report onBig Data Platform
- Connect different data sources to generate actional business insights for the marketing team
- Collaborate closely with subsidiary marketing managers and product team to support data analysis needs and proactively provide optimization suggestions
Data Science Models
- Build and improve machine learning models in the filed of digital marketing, such as customer purchase propensity, customer retention & loyalty
- Maintain end-to-end machine learning pipeline to deployment data science model in the cloud environment
- Fast prototype of new data science projects using latest AI technologies
- Working with digital marketing deployment team to guide on marketing campaigns execution using data science solutions and rigorously measure business impact of data science projects, through A/B testing and other statistical methods.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree with 3-5 years of working experience in data analytics or data science, preferably in a consumer facing companies.
- Strong mathematical acumen, heightened data sensitivity, and the capacity to independently analyse and solve problems.
- Good logical thinking and teamwork spirit, strong willingness to learn
- Experience in Marketing, CRM, Consumer products is a plus
- Strong programming skilss: Advanced SQL, Python, Command Line
- Hands-on experience on large consumer data: demostrated past work experience dealing with customer data at scale (in millions rows)
- Cloud technology experience: must be able demostrated working knowledge in any of the mainstream cloud solution: Google Cloud, Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure. Google Cloud expereince is preferred. Able to debug and trouble shoot cloud issues independently.
