Job Description
Develop, implement and own a business and sales strategy to meet the company objectives and deliver commercial targets.
Generating new business proactively, Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Maintaining and nurturing client relationships to achieve long-term success.
Ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Developing positive and strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs effectively. Providing solutions and support to clients as needed.
Reporting and Monitoring on the status of accounts and transactions regularly. Setting and tracking sales account targets aligned with company objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience in sales at Digital Marketing Agencies or AdTech companies for a minimum 4 years
Ability to manage a team of 3 to 6 members.
