Purpose of the Role:
The Business Analyst will be a vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks of our software product’s features.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Head office team and development team based in Singapore to manage build and change processes.
Analyze enhancement requests and work with Architects, developers, and business stakeholders to propose viable solutions.
Prepare detailed specifications, workload estimates, plans, test scenarios, and release documentation.
Coordinate and oversee user acceptance testing.
Facilitate monthly releases in line with team milestones covering analysis, coding, and testing phases.
Support and manage the release roadmap in production environments.
Handle incidents and requests from business users and other IT teams efficiently.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues/bugs to maintain system integrity and performance.
Qualifications and Profile:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Calypso Back Office, with a strong focus on Bonds/Repos.
Proven experience with Back Office systems, whether in-house or third-party.
Solid understanding of financial assets, banking treasury products, and the trade lifecycle, especially Fixed Income and Money Market products, along with knowledge of risk management concepts and market data.
Demonstrated experience in interfacing Back Office systems with external systems.
Hands-on experience in implementation projects and a successful AGILE track record.
