Responsibilities
Revenue Growth Management (Price Pack Architecture (PPA) and Pricing Strategy)
- Collaborate with commercial analytics and brand teams to develop PPA and pricing tactics based on data insights and predictive analytics.
- Derive insights from market research, PowerBI dashboards, and statistical PPA/pricing scenario modeling tools to identify opportunities.
- Work with Accenture CPG.AI CoE teams to define PowerBI dashboard views, structure, key KPIs, scenario modeling tool requirements, data validation, and testing.
- Translate business rules into model constraints, guiding technical teams on balancing business logic with statistical logic.
- Create value cases to support strategic decisions.
Growth Strategy (Business Review and Financial Forecasting)
- Conduct business reviews and create multi-year financial forecasts and growth plans.
- Recalibrate business cases based on growth projections.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative market research, workshops, and internal/external interviews to gather insights.
Target Operating Model (TOM) (Sales & Marketing and Procurement Operating Models)
- Define business objectives and design principles for new operating models.
- Develop high-level operating model designs, including CoE/SSC, capabilities, org sizing, activity splits, and enabling technology/skills.
- Drive client workshops with C-level stakeholders to gather requirements and validate designs.
- Model new organizational designs and articulate insights to senior management.
- Draft detailed operational processes and RACI matrices.
Value Realization / Business Case (BuCa) (Value Realization Office and Warranty Cost Analysis)
- Establish a value realization capability for large business transformations impacting global back-office functions.
- Develop detailed business cases and value tracking models.
- Present analysis outcomes and final deliverables to senior executives, linking outcomes to strategic decisions and key financial metrics.
- Define new warranty propositions and calculate the expected probability of failure for product components.
- Calculate financial exposure of legacy contracts and run scenarios for service packs to estimate costs.
Requirements
- Experience in Revenue Growth Management: Proven ability to develop advanced analytics-driven Price Pack Architecture (PPA) capabilities.
Experience in creating and optimizing pricing strategies using predictive analytics and scenario modeling. - Expertise in Growth Strategy Development: Strong background in conducting business reviews, creating financial forecasts, and developing growth plans.
Proficiency in market research, both quantitative and qualitative, and in leading workshops and interviews. - Knowledge of Target Operating Model Design: Experience in designing high-level operating models, including CoE/SSC, capabilities, organizational sizing, and activity splits.
Ability to facilitate client workshops with senior stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable designs.
Proficiency in organizational modeling and drafting operational processes and RACI matrices. - Value Realization and Business Case Management: Expertise in establishing value realization capabilities for large-scale business transformations.
Ability to create detailed business cases, value tracking models, and present findings to senior executives.
Experience in defining warranty propositions, calculating financial exposure, and running cost scenarios. - Analytical and Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using tools like PowerBI for data visualization and scenario modeling.
Ability to translate business rules into model constraints and guide technical teams on implementation. - Project Management and Leadership: Experience in managing projects, presenting outcomes, and linking analysis to strategic decisions.
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with senior management and cross-functional teams.
