Responsibilities
- Project Manage high volume semiconductor equipment systems from BOM upload to customer delivery.
- Facilitate project teams and assess & mitigate program risks throughout the project life-cycle.
- Control and monitor program execution via schedule tracking and reporting. This includes evaluating program metrics and providing corrective action and mitigation during the project life-cycle.
- Status internal customers whether projects are tracking to commit date.
- Resolve critical issues by engaging subject matter experts.
- Attend global product production status meetings.
- Lead multiple projects and interface executive levels of the organization.
- Review Build plans and evaluate constraints
- Participate in forecast, production schedules and material requirements reviews.
- Participate and lead special projects for continuous improvement.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum a Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Experience in program management or engineering project leadership of configurable products from the conceptual stage through to production for a global market.
- Minimum 5 years of semiconductor, manufacturing experience, materials management.
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong project management and analytical skills;
- Preferred Oracle or SAP Experience.
- Production Control, Forecasting and/or Project Management Experience
- Strong negotiations skills
- Strong leadership qualities to exercise influence both throughout the organization and with external parties
- Demonstrated ability working with minimal supervision and exercising judgment
- Positive, energetic attitude and initiative, strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a team environment, and leverage additional resources as needed
