The Supervisor will be a vital component of the Engineering Team. He will
- Operate CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and grinders, to produce precision parts according to specifications.
- Set up and adjust machine tools and equipment for production runs.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining operations.
- Monitor the machining process to ensure quality and accuracy of parts produced.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Document and report any deviations from specifications or quality issues.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
