Job Description:
We are looking for a Risk Executive to assist in daily operations within our risk management team. This will be a hybrid role that requires the hirer to take ownership of certain functions within both the credit analysis and credit management domains.
Responsibilities:
Credit analysis: 70%
· Apply credit analysis techniques to evaluate borrowers' ability to repay loans and determine appropriate loan terms and conditions.
· Review loan applications and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established lending guidelines.
· Analyse financial data, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and tax returns, to assess applicants' financial stability.
· Verify applicant information and perform credit checks using internal and external sources.
· Collaborate with loan officers and underwriters to gather additional information and clarify any credit-related issues.
· Prepare comprehensive credit reports and present findings to management for loan approval or rejection decisions.
· Any other duties as assigned by management.
Credit Management (30%):
· Contact customers through phone and email to remind customers to regularize their accounts.
· Provide customer with clear and accurate information including outstanding balances, due amounts and due dates.

Requirements:
• Min Diploma holder
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the banking or financial industry
• Prior experience in Debt Collections and/or Automotive financing preferred
