Scope:
• Administer policies and schemes
• Manage data/photo, card production schedule and resource management
• Prepare regular reports
• Perform end-to-end reviews and streamline operational processes
• Liaise with internal and external parties
• Any ad-hoc additional duties as instructed if required
Requirements:
• Higher Nitec/Diploma in Business Management/Administrative/Office
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• A team player, good interpersonal and communications skills
• Flexible and able to multi-task (take on different types of roles and activities simultaneously)
