Job Description
- Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment.
- Work closely with Software Developers and set project timelines and closely monitor the project deliverables.
- Constantly update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress.
- Manage expectations and conflict resolution among project stakeholders, steering committee, project team, and any other relevant parties.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Oversee and manage project team to ensure all projects completed successfully and adheres to the deadlines.
- Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
- Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
- Delivers completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on the products' performance.
- Work on new and current projects with client(s) who are mainly from the financial services sector.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in project management and software development.
- Ability to organize complex web application projects and establish priorities consistent with objectives.
- Must be a self-starter, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work long hours when necessary.
- Must be deadline-driven and goal-oriented.
- Good leadership, decision-making, communication and organization skills.
- Willing to travel as and when required.
- PMP Certification is a bonus.
