Presently we have a Job Opening for a IT Project Administrative Executive position
Job Responsibilities-
- Daily monitoring of system operations through application and external emails. Download interface reports to track and monitor all interface runs, and escalate to L2 developers on interface failures for follow up. Email to respective external systems POC for follow up and recovery, if required.
- POC fronting email for external communications. Assist in sending and monitoring of emails to interface agencies, and feedback / escalate to L2 developers on consolidated replies.
- Track requests for business unit setup inputs from AGD and coordinate setup in system with L2 developers
- Office Administration, including transfer of information between environments for correspondence between L1 helpdesk, L2 developers, and external agencies
Job Requirements-
- Proficient with MS Office products like Word, Excel, Powerpoint,
- Ability to carry out simple reporting and data analytics
- Able to accommodate the odd office operating hours.
