About the Company

Description of Key Job Duties:

  • Client Communication Support: Assist in facilitating communication between the sales team and clients. Help ensure smooth transactions by addressing inquiries regarding payments, deliveries, and other concerns.
  • Internal Systems Coordination: Support the sales team in using our internal company systems (ERP or Salesforce), focusing on accurate and timely data entry and retrieval to enhance sales efforts.
  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments to help coordinate shipments, deliveries, and other logistical aspects, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery to our clients.
  • Contract negotiation: Assist in the contract negotiation process with the sales team by taking notes and maintaining records until order closure. Manage and share all relevant documents, including shipping and bidding documents.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by superiors, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of our operations

Skills Requirement:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in international Trade or a related field, providing a solid foundation in global commerce and business practices.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a sales coordination or support role. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply; Relevant internships or part-time work during studies can be considered.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Chinese in order to liaise with clients and Chinese counterparties.
  • Coordination Skills: Ability to coordinate tasks across multiple teams and departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to achieve common goals.
  • Willingness to Travel: Open to occasional travel to support sales activities and strengthen client relationships.
