Production Specialist

Role Purpose:

Value creator who is involved directly in manufacturing of products.

Major Accountabilities:

· Carry out activities (e.g: operating machine, soldering, testing, packing, gluing, etc) based on a daily production schedule as assigned by the Superior

· Follow and adherence toproduction document and process/work instruction during operation and stop and escalate if any non conformance/issue (e.g: on product/raw material quality issues, fixture problem, and test rejects encountered.)

· Record of the production data (clocking time, defects/rejects, etc)

· Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment/process operation

· Identify and promptly report hazards to Supervisor immediately

· Maintain the work area clean, safe and organized by 5S house-keeping

· Work with the respective parties to resolve technical issues and improve production processes

· Work on 1st level technical issue(s) and sustaining production processes when needed

· Involve in line balancing activities within work cells/ Self-organizing

Role Requirements:

· Minimum of a NITEC in Engineering; Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

· Experience in Electronics industry as an added advantage

· Prepared to learn and adapt to new challenges

· Good problem-solving skills

· Good interpersonal and teamwork skills

· Experience in assembly, machine handling or troubleshooting

· Singaporean and/or Singaporean PRs are welcomed to apply
