We are seeking a diligent Project Coordinator to join our team, with a focus on ensuring excellence and timeliness in various project domains. The successful candidate will monitor and control the progress and quality of work for documentation, bought out items, site fabrication and work schedule improvement or completion. Procurement:
- Source the material from vendor/supplier
- Send enquiry, review vendor quotation (delivery term, quantity, payment term)
- Prepare Purchase Order (PO) and send to Supplier
- Coordinate with supplier/fabricator/forwarder for delivery/shipment arrangement
- Monitor status of procurement, make sure that supplier deliver the goods as per contract
- Receive the vendor invoice then print/prepare necessary document for submit the account
Document Control
- Handle document submission to client
- Handle return document from client
- Update document List
- Prepare Data Book in the end of the project
- Acknowledge document transmittal
- Monitor status of documentation as per document schedule
- Others related with Documentation / Filing
- Other ad-hoc assignment
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years-experience for Mechanical Skid Packages like Pump Package, Chemical Injection pump Package
- Familiar with Oil & Gas, petrochemical and power plant industries
