Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing calendar, scheduling meetings, and organizing engagements
- Coordinate and facilitate both internal and external meetings, ensuring smooth logistics for physical and virtual meetings
- Arrange and manage travel itineraries and accommodations for business trips
- Provide administrative support across various departments, such as organizing and submitting claims.
- Consolidating and formatting reports, and managing follow-ups as required
- Undertake additional tasks and projects assigned by management from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Degree or Diploma Business Administration with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and demonstrating strong initiative
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Available on short notice will be advantageous
