- Manage brand and product marketing initiatives to drive revenue and engagement.
- Develop strategic partnerships that promote brand and company objectives
- Oversee the end to end marketing process from conception to execution across all channels (google SEO marketing strategies, digital platforms, CRM, etc)
- Spearhead social content strategy across all channels by crafting clear and compelling copywriting through various mediums, including social media, blog posts, and newsletters.
- Able to curate artwork posters
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across channels (e.g. paid search, social media, etc.)
- Build and maintain relationships with media stakeholders
- Collaborate with eCommerce team and agencies (media, events and Public Relations) to develop and execute retail promotions, brand campaigns, and product launches.
- Prepare monthly reports to analyze brand and competitor performance, gather insights and identify growth opportunities.
- Stay abreast on industry/market trends
Responsibilities:
- Diploma/Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience
- Preferred experience in Beauty / Retail industry
- Proficient in implementing and optimizing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
- Proficient in social media marketing and content strategies.
- Solid knowledge of social media platforms and data analytics tools (Google Analytics)
- Candidates who have obtained relevant digital marketing certificates (Facebook blueprint/Google) are a plus
