We are seeking a Tech Administrative Assistant to support our team on a 6 months extendable contract basis.
You will support in in various administrative tasks related to technology and project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various systems, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to assist with the implementation of tech initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Understand Various Systems: Gain knowledge of our organization's technology systems to provide effective administrative support.
- Assist with Implementation of Initiatives: Support the implementation of technology-related initiatives under the guidance of the tech team.
- Documentation and Slide Creation: Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations using tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Take Meeting Minutes: Attend meetings and accurately record minutes to document discussions and decisions.
- Schedule Meetings: Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all participants are informed and logistics are handled smoothly.
Requirements:
- Proven 2-5 years experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or in a related role.
- Understanding of basic technology systems and ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a tech-related environment or supporting tech teams.
- Familiarity with communication tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).
