We are looking for a BI Data Analyst on a 6 months extendable contract. This is an extendable contract role based on the individuals performance and business needs.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled BI Data Analyst to join our team. This role involves supporting data and reporting needs, generating business-as-usual (BAU) reports, building and maintaining dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, proficiency in Power BI, and the ability to identify and address gaps in data and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data and Reporting Support: Assist with data-related issues and reporting requirements to ensure smooth operation of business intelligence functions.
- Report Generation: Create and manage routine BAU reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI to visualize data and track key metrics.
- Data Accuracy: Validate and ensure the correctness of data used in reports and dashboards.
- Data Analysis: Build, test, and analyze data to uncover insights, identify trends, and support strategic initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and contribute to strategic alignment.
- Data Literacy Training: Conduct coaching sessions to improve data literacy and practices among team members.
- Market Trend Analysis: Explore market trends and channel performance to drive product innovation and growth.
- CRM Optimization: Implement and refine customer segmentation models and conduct experiments to enhance CRM performance and user engagement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a BI or data analysis role, with a focus on reporting, dashboards, and data accuracy.
- Skills:Proficiency in Power BI and other data visualization tools.
Strong analytical skills and experience in data validation and quality assurance.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and clear reports.
Experience with data analysis, feature engineering, and statistical methods.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams. - Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems, market trend analysis, and performance optimization strategies is a plus.
