Salary Range: Up to $5,000
Job Description:
- Develop and administer enterprise systems applications.
- Handle user support calls, perform first and second-level troubleshooting, diagnose application-related issues, and escalate to vendors for resolution.
- Test pre-release applications, related software, and tools.
- Participate in implementation projects and provide post-implementation support.
- Plan and coordinate with vendors for project implementation, application testing, and support for application patches and upgrades.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by your superior.
Requirements:
- Recognized Diploma or Bachelor degree in IT or any relevant.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in application support and hands-on application implementation.
- Experience in deploying workflow and automation solutions.
- Hands-on knowledge of Nintex K2, Microsoft Power Automate, and SQL.
- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels.
