Role Overview:
- Develop, implement, and take ownership of a comprehensive business and sales strategy to achieve the company’s objectives and meet commercial targets.
- Proactively generate new business by identifying and pursuing potential opportunities.
- Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term success, client satisfaction, and retention.
- Build strong, positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs effectively and providing solutions and support as required.
- Regularly monitor and report on the status of accounts and transactions.
- Set and track sales account targets in alignment with the company's objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales within Digital Marketing Agencies or AdTech companies.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial flair with excellent client relationship skills and commercial acumen.
- Superior new business development and client management abilities.
- Experience managing a team of 3 to 6 members.
- Enthusiastic team player capable of collaborating with colleagues across various functions and markets.
