Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all guests in the driveway area receive the highest level of professional welcome and farewell from our hotel.
- Receive all guests at the driveway area by opening the taxi/car door and welcoming them.
- Aid in carrying luggage out of the taxi/car and placing them in front of the entrance of the service apartment
- Demonstrates excellent customer service and communication skills
- Respond to guest' inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Take responsibility for any follow-ups required, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in similar function
- Pleasant personality
- Able to communicate in English
- Team player
